    Datakom DATAKOM DKG-225 Automatic Mains Failure Controller with battery charger

    DATAKOM DKG-225, is a low cost AMF controller for 12V-DC gensets, featuring an internal battery charger and 40Amps rated fuel and crank relays.
    It reduces the material cost, panel size and production time in panels where it is used.
    Thanks to the DKG-225, automatization of small gensets has become easy and cost effective.
    The 1Amp @12V-DC rated battery charger is sufficient for the float charging of the engine start battery.
    Internal fuel and crank relays are rated at 40Amps@12V-DC.
    The unit supports also current transformer connections allowing detailed power measurements from both mains and genset sides. The standard unit supports 1A and 5A secondary CTs.
    Timers, threshold levels, input and output configurations are digitally programmable. Programs are modified through front panel pushbuttons and do not require an additional unit.

    DATAKOM DK-45 Electric Motor Driven Compressor Controller

    The DATAKOM DK-45 is a high-tech products providing control and protection of screw or piston type air compressors driven by electric motors. The unit incorporates all functions needed in a compressor control panel. Thus no additional modules are necessary resulting in lower panel cost.
    The “early start” function analyzes the air consumption trend and runs the compressor so that the pressure never falls below the low limit.
    The unit is directly supplied from the 230/400V utility network. It provides fail contact and sensor supplies internally, removing the need for a supply transformer in the panel. Utility mains voltages and frequency can be read on the unit. It offers low/high voltage and phase order protections.
    The 2.9” wide, 128x64 pixels graphical screen displays values in bigger size and with graphic support.
    The logic level Modbus RTU communication port of the unit allows computer connection providing monitoring and program parameter adjusting. Optically isolated digital inputs feature noise filtering allowing fault-free operation in electrically noisy environments.
    The unit provides 5 relay outputs rated at 5 Amps. The unit configuration may be done through the front panel or using the free PC software.
    The PC software is available for free download at manufacturer’s website. It is possible to monitor and record the unit using the free RAINBOW+ software.

    DATAKOM DPR-02 Voltage Protection Controller, L-N, UV/OV

    DPR-02 relay is a three-phase (line to neutral) voltage protection relay designed to be used for over-voltage, under-voltage and phase rotation protection in distribution substations, generators, motors, transformers and capacitors in compensation systems.
    It offers adjustable over / under voltage limits together with adjustable trip and reset delays. The unit has also phase sequence protection.
    Both over voltage limit(Max) and under voltage limit(Min) can be adjusted or disabled via trimmers on the front panel of the device. Delay timers are adjusted through related trimmers.

These devices are connected to forward acting proportional electric actuators and magnetic speed sensors.     • Alternator Auto Voltage Regulators (AVR) Datakom automatic voltage regulators are used to control the output of generators (as seen in ships and power stations, or on oil rigs, greenhouses and emergency power systems). This is an active system mounted near the generator and connected with several wires to measure and adjust the generator. In the first place the AVR monitors the output voltage and controls the input voltage for the exciter of the generator. By increasing or decreasing the generator control voltage, the output voltage of the generator increases or decreases accordingly. The AVR calculates how much voltage has to be sent to the exciter numerous times a second, therefore stabilizing the output voltage to a predetermined setpoint. When two or more generators are powering the same system (parallel operation) the AVR receives information from more generators to match all output.
